Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she placed third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
